Goat Simulator 3: Rebecka Location – The Breakable Wall I Drove Right Past
By now, I’ve collected almost every piece of gear in the Baadlands. Drill Kicks? Got ’em. Junk Cannon? Fired it. Rebecka? This one nearly broke my patience. Not because it’s complicated – it’s actually simple once you know where to look. But because the “breakable wall” blends in so perfectly with the surrounding rock that I drove past it at least six times. I even rammed the wrong wall with a car for ten minutes before I found the right spot.
Let me save you that frustration.
What Is Rebecka?
Rebecka is a gear piece that turns your goat into… actually, I’m not entirely sure. It’s some kind of avian creature? Or a feathered friend? The name suggests a character reference. Honestly, after I got it, I equipped it, and my goat grew feathers. It’s weird. It’s wonderful. It’s another absurd customization option.
More importantly, getting Rebecka involves a classic Goat Simulator activity: destroying something with a vehicle. And I love that.
The Location (Rad Resort – You’ve Been Here Before)
Open your map and go to the Baadlands region. Head to Rad Resort – the fancy ruined hotel area you’ve visited for the Drill Kicks and other gear. It’s the place with the glowing event marker and the buried blocked area.
But this time, you’re not going to the blocked area. You’re going to the southwest of Rad Resort. Look for a rocky hillside or cliff face. Somewhere on that rock face is a breakable wall. It looks like a cracked section of rock, slightly lighter or darker than the surrounding stone. It blends in. I missed it repeatedly.
Mistake I made: I assumed “southwest of Rad Resort” meant directly southwest from the center of the resort. But the resort is big. The breakable wall is actually closer to the outskirts, near where the desert meets the rocky terrain. Walk around the perimeter of the resort, staying to the southwest side. You’re looking for a wall that looks suspiciously like a cave entrance that’s been sealed.
The Car Ramp Trick (Don’t Use Your Head)
Here’s where the fun begins. You need to break that wall open. Headbutting won’t work. Licking won’t work. You need momentum. You need a car.
Find a vehicle nearby – there are usually cars parked around Rad Resort or along the main road. Summon one if you have the ability (or just steal one from an NPC). Get in. Build up speed. Then ram straight into the breakable wall.
Mistake I made: I tried using a slow golf cart. It bounced off. I tried using a tiny scooter. Also bounced. You need a proper car with some weight. The beat-up sedans and SUVs work best. Also, you need a straight run-up. Don’t try to turn at the last second. Line up the car from at least 50 feet away, hit the gas, and don’t let go.
Another mistake: I thought I had to headbutt the wall while driving. No. Just drive into it. The car’s impact does the work. You might even launch yourself through the wall. That’s fine.
What’s Inside (And Why You Need to Headbutt It)
Once the wall breaks, you’ll reveal a cave behind it. It’s not huge – maybe the size of a small room. Inside, you’ll see a large egg. It’s glowing or pulsating. It’s clearly the objective.
Walk up to the egg. Then headbutt it. Not gently. Spam the headbutt button. The egg will shake, crack, and eventually burst open. From the remains, the Rebecka gear will appear – floating or lying on the ground. Walk into it to collect.
Mistake I made: I thought I had to lick the egg. Or carry it somewhere. Nope. Just headbutt. I wasted two minutes trying to roll the egg out of the cave. Don’t be me.
What If the Wall Doesn’t Break?
I’ve seen this happen. You ram the wall with a car, and nothing happens. The car bounces off. The wall doesn’t crack.
Possible reasons:
-
You’re at the wrong wall. There are multiple rocky outcrops southwest of Rad Resort. The breakable one has visible crack lines – kind of like a spiderweb pattern. Look closely.
-
You’re not going fast enough. Build more speed. Use a longer run-up.
-
Your car is too weak. Find a heavier vehicle. The construction trucks or the muscle cars work best.
-
The game glitched. Reload the area or restart your game. I’ve had this happen once. A quick restart fixed it.
Why Rebecka Is Worth the Effort
It’s a cosmetic, but it’s a fun one. Your goat gets feathers and a bird-like appearance. It pairs well with the Hyena Fur for a “mad scientist hybrid” look. Also, the egg-headbutting animation is worth seeing at least once.
Plus, this cave sometimes contains other loot. After I broke the wall and got Rebecka, I came back later and found a scrap crate inside. Free scraps.
Pro Tip After You Get It
Equip Rebecka and go to the Hooferdome arena. There’s an NPC near the entrance who talks about birds. I won’t spoil the dialogue, but it’s a nice Easter egg.
Also, if you’re playing co-op, only the player who headbutts the egg gets the gear. So take turns or do it separately. My friend and I both had to break the wall twice because we tried to share.
Final Verdict
The Rebecka gear is a simple, satisfying hunt. Find the breakable wall southwest of Rad Resort, smash it with a car, headbutt the egg inside. Five minutes tops – once you know where to look. But if you’re like me and you keep driving past the wrong rock, just remember: look for crack lines, use a proper car, and don’t stop until you see cave.
Now go break some walls.
