Phoenix (English Translation)
[Verse 1: Felix, Han]
I know
It’s not over (It’s not over)
I swallow the pain, woah
And wake myself up, oh
Even if I’m lost in the past, completely swallowed by it
Even if I’m wounded and can’t take a single step
I’ll leave behind the scars that burned me,
And fly toward the tomorrow that awaits
You know I won’t give up, yeah
[Pre-Chorus: Bang Chan, Seungmin, (Bang Chan & Seungmin), Hyunjin, Changbin]
We’re gonna rise up again
Like the birds flying high
Just spread those wings out again
Touch the sky, feel the air when we glide
(Oh, ayy, oh) Reborn with our music life
(Oh, ayy, oh) Rebirth, rebirth
(Oh, ayy, oh) We’ll run through the endless fire
We ain’t gonna die, I’m fine
[Chorus: I.N, Lee Know]
Like a phoenix
Light up the night, I’m reborn with fire
I can’t stop the fight, living like a phoenix
Light up the night, I’m reborn with fire
I can’t stop the fight, living like a phoenix
[Post-Chorus: Bang Chan & Seungmin, Bang Chan, I.N]
(Oh, ayy, oh) I’m waking up again
(Oh, ayy, oh) Rebirth, rebirth
(Oh, ayy, oh) I’m waking up again
(Oh, ayy, oh) Like a phoenix
[Verse 2: Hyunjin, Changbin]
“What’s your next step?”
If you ask me, the answer is “Just another leap forward”
I won’t stop, I’ll keep running, keep the spark alive
In every moment, I stay loyal
Breathing harder, rougher than ever
In a greenhouse full of plants
Even if I’m trampled like a weed, I’ll still bloom
Dancing in the wind and rain, right now
[Pre-Chorus]
(Repeat)
[Chorus]
(Repeat)
[Post-Chorus]
(Repeat)
