If your Facebook Memories are not appearing, you can attempt to switch between the mobile and desktop platforms. Other solutions include turning off the AI restyle option for memories, adding a specific date range, or installing a previous version of the Facebook app.

Fix 1: Switch Between the Facebook Mobile App and Desktop

• If Memories fail to load in the Facebook mobile app, try accessing them via facebook.com on a desktop browser.

• Conversely, if the issue occurs on the desktop version, attempt to open the Memories section through the Facebook mobile app instead.

Fix 2: Disable AI Restyle on Memories

1. Open the Facebook mobile app.

2. Tap the “Menu” icon and select “Memories”.

3. Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner.

4. Scroll down and toggle off the option for “Allow AI restyle memory suggestions.”

Fix 3: Add a New Date Range

1. Visit facebook.com on your desktop browser.
