Believe – WENDY (English Translation)
Dive into the stunning allure of “Believe,” a remarkable track from WENDY’s collection, now released with its touching English translation. Dropped as a single in August 2025, this K-pop ballad highlights WENDY’s (of Red Velvet) crystalline vocals and emotional richness, with lines like “I Believe In Love, I Believe In Hope / I Believe In Light, I Believe In Sorrow.” The translation uncovers a universal tale of strength, overcoming darkness to welcome a brilliant heart and unwavering belief in connection.
In contrast to her soulful “Like Water” or the poignant “When This Rain Stops,” “Believe” elevates WENDY’s artistry through its poetic depictions of seasons and skies, beautifully encapsulating her journey of hope. This English translation post introduces her Korean masterpiece to fans around the world, allowing every word to resonate deeply. Reading these lyrics feels akin to a warm sunrise, uplifting my spirit with each line! Discover the English lyrics to “Believe” below and immerse yourself in her musical passion.

Believe – WENDY (English Translation)
[Verse 1]
In this noisy night, fading away,
The sunlight shines on me again
Fragments of fear
Quietly shatter, and I move forward
The storm rises,
A power splitting through the sky’s texture
Surrounds me—
A new season blossoms, as if taking flight
[Chorus]
I believe in love, I believe in hope,
I believe in light, I believe in sorrow
Pushing back the darkness, a dazzling heart
Standing atop the sky, I believe in us
[Post-Chorus]
I believe in us
I believe in love
[Verse 2]
As if to cover the whole world,
Scattered pieces are gathered again
Clearer, growing dreams—
Following their colors, I step without hesitation
Closing my eyes,
Listening to the trembling within me,
In the deepest place,
Comes a bursting feeling as if to soar
[Chorus]
I believe in love, I believe in hope,
I believe in light, I believe in sorrow
Pushing back the darkness, a dazzling heart
Standing atop the sky, I believe in us
[Post-Chorus]
I believe in us
I believe in love
[Outro]
In the place where seasons stay,
I’ll carve us in
Ooh, Ooh, Ooh, Ooh—
So my breath can reach far away
